Residential trips away from young peoples immediate environment can provide great opportunities for the enhancement of their personal and social development.

Positive relationships between youth workers and young people can be built quickly over an intense period of a residential. Residentials give greater scope to create imaginative and challenging learning experiences for young people.

Bradóg engages in two types of residential activities (1) Domestic and (2) International:

Domestic Bradóg residentials: these are short 24-48 hour residentials organised for Bradóg youth groups. Often these residentials centre on outdoor activities such as camping or fishing. Sometimes it involves meeting youth groups from other areas of Ireland.
