Structure
Bradóg is a Not-for-profit company that is limited by guarantee not having a share capital. (Company registration number 407228). Bradóg is also a registered charity (CHY No. 18087).
Bradóg is governed by a board of volunteer members. Board members represent a wide variety of interests relevant to the well being of young people, including:
- Local residents
- Local Municipal Authority
- Funding agencies
- Local education & youth services providers
It is the role of the Board of Management to ensure that Bradóg is operated to the highest standards and complies with all funding criteria, company and employment law. Bradóg board of Management employ a regional youth services manager to manage the organisation on their behalf. The regional manager is supported by a Project leader and an administrative manager. The management team employ a staff of professional youthworkers to coordinate and implement the service. Currently the service comprises of a Regional manager, a Project Leader, an Administrative manager, four Youth Workers, and two Outreach Workers. The service also has an on-going complement of volunteers, EVS and student work placements.
Bradóg also administers and operates the M.O.S.T Garda Diversion Justice Project. M.O.S.T (Montpellier & O'Deveany Striving Together) has a Justice Coordinator and Justice worker. The projects operates in the north west inner city and supports young people from getting inolved in crime.
